In January 2016, the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) implemented revised Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs, providing the credentialing industry with updated Standards for sound practice in the development, implementation, and governance of professional certification programs. While these revised Standards provide clarity on key certification practices, they also bring with them new challenges for programs preparing applications for initial or continuing NCCA Accreditation.

This webcast highlights common pitfalls faced by certification organizations seeking NCCA Accreditation, the Standards that pertain to these common problem areas, and suggestions for organizations to come into compliance and avoid these problems.
